Description & Qualifications:

• Hands-on team manager combining hands-on development expertise plus team management experience

• Responsible for the development of server side management software (Windows XP and above, C and C++, Networking, Storage, Management, GUI)

• Be the technical authority on the management software
• Own architecture design of the management software
• Own project planning, prioritization, and tracking for the team (demonstrate that he went through the full product life cycle multiple times)
• The candidate should also posses:

• Effective leadership
• Employees skill development
• Ability to motivate employees
• Good spoken and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Ability to operate under pressure situations
• Brainstorming, problem solving, decision making, project planning, and reporting abilities
• Ability to create and maintain system engineering documents
• Education: Preferably a Technion graduate with honors, B.Sc. + 10 years experience
